Women's Choice Center supports women facing unexpected or unsupported pregnancies in the Quad Cities. We provide free pregnancy testing, pregnancy confirmation via ultrasound, and options consultations, including medical abortion information. We also provide education and support services such as pregnancy support, sexual health education, abortion recovery, community referrals, and more.
